Over 25 + years of Coaching and Professional Speaking experience
For the past 27 years, Coach Donnie Maib has had the privilege of working with multiple sports alongside some of the most elite sport coaches in the world. Working alongside such high level coaches has helped Donnie to hone in on what it takes to bring out the best in people, as well as how to build and maintain championship team cultures. The experiences gleaned from the first day an athlete walks into the weight room until the day that athlete turns professional or begins their career in the job market, have molded Donnie’s ability to communicate, connect, motivate, inspire, and develop each individual to be the very best they can be. Whether in the class room or in the locker room, teaching an athlete on how to win in life through the tools of sports performance is Coach Maib’s primary passion and mission. His approach has produced hundreds of all-conference accolades for his athletes, year after year consistent post-season appearances and wins in NCAA tournaments, as well as numerous Olympians spanning the past 3 decades. All of the years leading, learning and growing in the trenches is something that makes Donnie unique and sets him apart from other coaches, trainers, and speakers. Listed below are some of the professional accomplishments and highlights of the amazing athletes and teams Coach Maib has had the privilege of working with.
